In a lawsuit filed on Sunday, a personal trainer of Sean “Diddy” Combs accused the music mogul of drugging and sexually assaulting him at a celebrity-filled afterparty in Combs’ Los Angeles mansion in June 2022.
According to a report in New York post, the alleged victim, identified only as “John Doe” in court documents, claimed that he was repeatedly sexually assaulted by men and women at the party, including being forced to perform oral sex on an unnamed celebrity who then spit in his mouth.
According to the suit, filed in Manhattan earlier this week, the trainer was picked up in a black Lincoln Navigator and driven to Combs’ Hollywood mansion, where he was made to sign a non-disclosure agreement and consume a drink that appeared to be a tequila soda mixed with cranberry juice.
“While in and out of consciousness, individuals at the party forced Plaintiff into sexual acts with both men and woman. Plaintiff’s physical disposition made it impossible for him to reject their advances or otherwise control his body,” the suit said.
“These individuals, including Combs, essentially passed Plaintiff’s drugged body around like a party favor for their sexual enjoyment,” it added.
Once inside, he spotted “numerous celebrities” before being led into a dimly lit room where “several well-known figures” were engaging in group sexual activities. The trainer began to feel disoriented, dizzy, and weak, and alleges that Combs approached him, removed his pants, and performed oral sex on him. Combs then allegedly ordered the trainer to give oral sex to the unnamed celebrity as well.
The trainer claims he blacked out at some point during the party and regained consciousness outside his apartment, missing his shirt and phone.
Meanwhile, Combs’ attorneys have dismissed the lawsuits as “clear attempts to garner publicity” and maintain that “Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman.”
Combs is currently in federal custody after pleading not guilty last month to criminal charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
Several high-profile celebrities who were close to Diddy and regularly attended his parties, which allegedly turned into prolonged and forced sex sessions, have remained silent as lawyers report a flood of complaints against Diddy and other celebrities more prominent than him.
Some of the well-known individuals linked to the accusations against Diddy include R&B singer Aaron Hall, music producer Harve Pierre, actor Cuba Gooding Jr., Justin Dior Combs, Jacob the Jeweler, rapper Yung Miami, DJ and producer Stevie J, singer Kalenna Harper, Interscope Records co-founder Jimmy Lovine, and Universal Music Group CEO Lucian Grainge.
A-list celebrities who attended Diddy’s parties but not necessarily the alleged “freak-offs” include Leonardo Dicaprio, Jay-Z, Beyonce, Ashton Kutcher, Paris Hilton, Howard Stern, and Russell Brand.
